Waco Fire Station No. 3

General Description
Fire Station #3 is part of the 2007 City of Waco Bond Package. The three-story 8000 square foot structure is located on the TSTC Campus. The station responds to campus wide calls, East Section Industrial calls, and has the capabilities to service a six county area for Haz Mat situations.
West Waco Hoover Library & Genealogy Center

The Hoover Library and Genealogy Center is part of the 2007 City of Waco Bond Package. Centrally located in Waco, the 32,000 square foot library is conveniently accessible from all corners of town.
City of Waco Operations Center

General Description
The City of Waco Operations Center houses numerous departments in one centralized location. The exterior of the existing building was covered with an EIFS finish. The building features numerous environmentally friendly features which include numerous solar tubes which allow natural light to enter the building, sunshades, and high efficiency windows.
Limestone County Airport Terminal

General Description
The Limestone County Airport Terminal houses all Airport Operations. The facility also features a Pilot's Lounge, indoor fuel monitoring, and a meeting room. This project was completed under the guidance of the TxDOT Aviation Division.
City of Hillsboro Airport Hangar

Hillsboro, TX
General Description
The Hillsboro Hangar Project services the airport as the largest hanger on-site. The 12,000 square foot hanger features a 16' x 55' bi-fold door which allows mid-size private planes to be housed at this location. This project was completed under the guidance of the TxDOT Aviation Division.
Cameron Park Clubhouse Renovations

General Description
The Cameron Park Clubhouse Renovation project is part of the City of Waco 2007 Bond Package. The existing structure was remodeled and a 2,000 square foot covered gazebo was constructed overlooking the Brazos River.
Pecan Bottoms Park

General Description
The Pecan Bottoms project was constructed to upgrade restroom facilities at the current park. The project also included a sanitary sewer line from another location at Cameron Park.
Anniversary Park

General Description
The Anniversary Park project was constructed to upgrade restroom facilities at the existing park. Retaining walls as well as handicap accessible sidewalks were constructed as well on this project.
Crestview Park Improvements

General Description
The Crestview Park Improvements Project connected several existing picnic locations with new handicap accessible sidewalks. The project also included a transported gazebo as well retaining walls and playground areas.
McLennan County Peace Officers Memorial

Waco, TX
General Description
The McLennan County Peace Officers Memorial was constructed to honor the heroes who have lost their lives in the line of duty in McLennan County. We were greatly honored to be a part of this project.
